Order Cancellation Policy

You have the legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product.

To cancel your order:

  • Contact our Customer Services Team (see “Returns Policy” below),
  • Or complete the model cancellation form and email it to info@janbal.co.uk,
  • Alternatively, you may post the completed form to:

If the product has already been dispatched, you will need to return it at your own cost (unless free returns were offered at the time of purchase). You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Returning the item:
Please use a reliable courier or delivery service to send the item to:

Unit G9, Silverbox House, Wembley, HA9 7FP.

We recommend retaining proof of postage or a receipt. If the item is not received or arrives late and no proof of postage is provided, we may not be able to process your refund.

In cases where the product has not yet been dispatched, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

If the item has already been shipped, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the item back, or upon receiving evidence that it has been sent.

Refund conditions:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, with no processing fees. However, we may reduce your refund if the product has been handled beyond what would be acceptable in a physical store. This includes:

  • Damaged or missing original packaging
  • Removed tags or missing accessories
  • Signs of excessive use

In extreme cases, we may not issue a refund at all. For clarification on whether a refund reduction applies, please contact our Customer Services Team.

Holiday Extension:
For purchases made between 1st–31st December, we offer an extended return window to accommodate Christmas gifting.

If a fault is reported after 14 days, and the product is under warranty, we will arrange a replacement.

To report an issue:

  1. Describe the problem in your message.
  2. Indicate whether you prefer a refund or a replacement.
  3. Attach a photo or video clearly showing the issue.

Once we verify the issue:

  • We will provide a pre-paid return label via email.
  • You must return the defective or misdescribed product using this label.
