PRICING

All product prices are listed on our website and include VAT where applicable, but exclude delivery charges. If the VAT rate changes between the order and dispatch dates, the new rate will be applied unless full payment has already been received.

We charge you when your order is dispatched and a Dispatch Confirmation Email is sent. Ownership transfers to you once full payment is received. In case of non-payment, we charge interest at 2% per year above the Bank of England base rate, accruing daily until payment is received.


PRODUCT INFORMATION

Unless otherwise stated, Janbal Limited is not the product manufacturer. We strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and packaging may differ. Always refer to the product’s label, warnings, and instructions before use.

We may update products for legal or regulatory compliance, or make minor technical adjustments that do not affect usability.


DELIVERY & PROCESSING POLICY

Order Processing Times: Orders are typically processed on the same business day if placed before 4pm GMT. Orders received after 4pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Options & Costs: Delivery methods and charges are listed on our website and include VAT.


DELAY OR NON-PERFORMANCE

If delivery is delayed due to events outside our control, we will inform you and attempt to minimise the delay. No compensation is offered, but you may cancel your order and request a refund for undelivered items. If the entire contract is impacted, we will terminate it and issue a refund for undelivered goods.


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product.

To cancel:

Returns must be made within 14 days of cancellation notice at your own cost (unless free returns were offered). Use a reliable delivery service and retain proof of postage. Standard delivery fees are refunded; express delivery charges are not.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of dispatch. Items must be returned in “as new” condition. Refunds may be reduced if the item has been used or damaged.


RETURNS POLICY

We comply with legal standards to supply products as described. If your item is faulty or incorrect:

Provide a description and, where possible, a photo of the issue. Indicate whether you prefer a refund or replacement.

Upon confirmation, we will email a pre-paid return label. You’ll receive updates throughout the return process.


WARRANTY PERIOD

Faults discovered within 12 months (not caused by misuse or normal wear and tear) are eligible for repair or replacement. Follow the returns procedure above. This does not affect your statutory rights.


STATUTORY RIGHTS

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • Up to 30 days: full refund for faulty goods
  • Up to 6 months: refund if repair/replacement is unsuccessful
  • Up to 6 years: partial refund if goods do not last a reasonable time

USE OF PRODUCTS

Products are intended for domestic or home-office use unless otherwise agreed. Misuse or modifications will void warranties and may affect your right to a return or refund.


CUSTOMS

Orders outside the UK may incur import duties/taxes. These are your responsibility. Customs policies vary; check with your local office. International shipments may be inspected by authorities.


ENDING OUR CONTRACT

We may cancel your order if delivery cannot be completed in a reasonable time. Compensation may be sought if loss is incurred.


OUR LIABILITY

We are liable for losses due to our breach unless:

  • They are unforeseeable
  • Caused by events outside our control
  • Preventable through your reasonable actions
  • Business-related

We do not exclude liability for fraud, death, or injury due to our negligence.


CHILDREN

We do not sell to minors. Users under 18 must use the site under parental supervision and the adult must enter into the contract.


PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


DISPUTES

You may bring legal proceedings in English courts, or courts in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland based on your residence. We may do the same.


OTHER TERMS

We may transfer our rights to another entity. This will not affect your rights. No third party has rights under this agreement. If a court invalidates any part of this contract, the rest remains in effect.
